Role: Administration Officer, National Parks Partnerships (NPP)
Location: Home-based with occasional UK travel required (not overnight)
Hours: 0.4 FTE (16 hours a week, can be flexibly worked)
Purpose: The Administration Officer has responsibility for supporting the busy NPP team of eleven staff working remotely and across the UK with general administration and operational support.
Salary: £25,000 (pro rata’d to 0.4FTE)
Contract: This role is offered as a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
National Parks Partnerships (NPP) identifies, secures and manages commercial and strategic UK level partnerships for the UK’s 15 National Parks. With a successful track record that includes partnerships with global and UK leading companies such as BMW, Estee Lauder Companies UK & Ireland, Santander UK, Forest Holidays, CLIF and Columbia Sportswear, NPP is an entrepreneurial business that strives to grow the National Parks family’s impact, resources and influence.
Thanks to a two-year DEFRA funded programme of activity NPP is now growing its operations with the aim to secure and deliver even more value back to our 15 National Parks. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic team that works to support the nation’s inspiring and vital protected landscapes.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, and supporting the Director and Chair, the Administration Officer has responsibility for supporting the busy NPP team of eleven staff working virtually across the UK with general administration and operational support. You will need to form strong working relationships across the team as well as with the NPP Board and staff across other 15 National Parks.
