To celebrate this year’s Volunteers Week and raise awareness of how you can help National Parks, we are launching ‘All Parks Volunteers Day’ happening Saturday 10th June 2023. Open to all ages and abilities, whether you are a first time volunteer and visitor to National Parks or an experienced skilled volunteer, there will be events and volunteer activities everyone can join in with.
All 15 National Parks across the UK will be hosting a volunteer event you can join in with. Volunteering is a great way of giving back and doing good for the community and nature, our All Parks Volunteer Day gives you a chance to dip your toe in and try something new!
Each of the UK National Parks will be hosting a volunteer event on the day, from recording flora and fauna to litter picking and planting, there will be a whole host of activities to take part in and help out for the day.
The National Parks will have their own booking and sign up system to coordinate the volunteer event in their National Park. All you need to do is sign up to register your interest and the National Park you are interested in volunteering for will be in touch with full details of the day and event closer to the time.
Simply register your interest using the link below and a National Park Volunteer coordinator will be in touch with details of the day. We will be posting and updating specific events available so be sure to check back or follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Not sure which National Park is closest to you? You can check out our Parks page here where you will find a map with links to all 15 National Parks and information about their unique qualities.
